At CycleCare, your health data privacy is our top priority. This policy explains how we manage your information. 

1. Data Storage: Local Only

Unlike many health apps, CycleCare does not store your data on any remote server.

•All your personal health information (period dates, symptoms, moods, and private notes) is stored in a secure database exclusively on your device.

•We have no access to your health history, and we cannot read, share, or sell your personal data.

2. Data Collection

•User-Provided Data: Any health information you enter is for your personal use and remains on your device.

•Technical Data: To ensure app stability and display advertisements via Google AdMob, anonymous technical identifiers (such as Advertising IDs) may be processed for performance measurement and fraud prevention. 

3. Advertisements & GDPR

To keep the app free, we use Google AdMob.

•Consent: If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), we use Google’s UMP SDK to ask for your explicit consent before showing personalized ads.

•Privacy: Advertisers have zero access to your health data or personal notes within the app.

4. PermissionsCycleCare requests the following permissions for a better experience:

•Notifications: To send you reminders for your next period or daily logging.

•Biometrics (Optional): To allow you to lock the app using your fingerprint or face recognition.

•Exact Alarms: To ensure your health reminders are delivered on time on Android 14/15.

5. Data Deletion

•Since we do not store data on our servers, deleting the app from your phone will permanently erase all your health data.

•We cannot recover your data once the app is uninstalled, as we do not keep any copies.
